Where is my package?

Learn how to track the delivery status of your shipment.

Once your order has been sent out, you will receive an email that includes a tracking number:Screenshot of a sample shipping confirmation e-mail.

Clicking on the tracking number will show the current delivery status on the website of the shipping service.

Tracking information is also found in your order details. You can access them by logging in on our webshop. If an order includes multiple items, each may have separate delivery dates and tracking information.

Deliveries to Germany take 3-4 business days and deliveries to the US take 5-7 business days. If this estimated delivery date has passed for your package and tracking information shows no delivery, please allow an additional day or two for the package to be delivered.

Most packages arrive on time. On very rare occasions, the tracking may show as "delivered" but it looks like your package has not arrived. If that is the case, please follow these steps:

  • Verify the shipping address. To do so log into your account on our webshop and navigate to “Your Orders”.
  • There might have been a delivery attempt. Look for a notice of attempted delivery in your mailbox or on your front door.
  • Look around the delivery location for your package. If the package was placed in a secure location the tracking should have more detailed information.
  • See if someone else, e.g. neighbours or other household members, has accepted the package.
