holoride utilizes multiple electronic devices which all require power in one way or another. If you are using an older car and/or phone please read this article to make sure you have everything ready to supply your devices with power.
HTC VIVE Flow
VIVE Flow requires a constant connection to a suitable external power source. For example you can connect it to a phone or your car to supply it with power.
Not all phones and USB slots can provide enough power to VIVE Flow. VIVE Flow requires a power source that delivers at least 7.5W of power. If you see an "Insufficient power supply" message, connect the VR glasses to a suitable power bank or try a different USB slot of your car.
holoride retrofit
The holoride retrofit has a battery life of up to 14 hours. Use the included USB-C cable to connect it to one of your car’s USB slots to keep it charged.
8BitDo Pro 2 Gamepad
The 8BitDo Pro 2 is the gamepad included in the holoride retrofit Pack and Pioneers’ Pack. It has a battery life of 20 play hours with a 4-hour charging time. It also comes with a fitting USB-C cable.
