You can manage your holoride subscription on the ‘Payments & Subscriptions’ page.

How do I renew my subscription?

Your subscription will automatically renew until you cancel. If your payment method details have changed in the meantime or are otherwise not valid you will receive instructions via email on how to continue your subscription.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can do this online by visiting your subscriptions page.

All cancellations will be processed at the end of your current subscription term.

Can I change my subscription type?

Yes, you can change the subscription from monthly to yearly and from yearly to monthly. Visit your subscriptions page and switch it via the ‘Change’ button.
