When you join a family group, you and up to four other family members can share access to a holoride subscription.
Join a holoride family
If someone invited you to join their family group, you'll get an email with your invitation. Follow the instructions in the email to join the family group.
What information family members see about one another
When you join a family, your family members may see your name, profile picture, and email address.
Requirements for joining a family
To join a family group, you must:
- Have a holoride account. If you do not yet have a holoride account you can create one upon accepting the invitation. If you are under the age of 16 your parents can create an account for you when setting up the family group.
- Be located in the same country as all other members of your family group. For example, if you have selected United States as your country in your account settings, you can only join a family group with members from the United States.
- Not be part of another family group.
Leaving or switching family groups
Before you can switch family groups, you need to leave the one you're currently in. To exit a family group, navigate to your account settings and remove your account from your current family group.
As the admin of a family group, you may remove all other members.
In the case of minors, the accounts and data will be deleted permanently.
